Here at Custom Engineering we have the state of the art high definition plasma cutting machine. With maximum effective cutting size of 1-1/4" x 120" x 280". We are able to hold tolerances within .030" on material 1-1/4" or less. Combined with the PEP technology inventory and nesting software we get the best possible yield from the material while keeping track of all mtr`s and Certs. With Carbon steel greater than 1-1/4" we then move to our flame cutting machine that has the ablity to cut up to 12" thick.
