Not only do we have the capacity to do the big jobs, our lightweight fabrication shop can handle production runs from 1 unit to hundreds of units.
  In addition to incorporating the quality processes from our heavy fabrication line, our lightweight fabrication processes include emphasis on monitoring piece parts for accuracy and consistency.  Typically the lightweight fabrications that we make are part of a larger complex assembly.  Therefore we incorporate in process inspections to assure that critical points are maintained throughout fabrication.  We know what it takes to provide our customer a part that will work.  

We have the expertise to take your project from concept to finished part, or to perform any process in between. In addition to our machining and fabrication capabilities, we have blast facilities and an 1800-square-foot paint room. Both are staffed by technicians trained in the latest material preparation and coatings application technology. Our skilled assembly group can tackle hydraulic presses as well as other projects incorporating tubing, piping, and conduit.
